Set in the classical style of the original building with warm muted golden walls and hung paintings accentuating the era, the Lord Bute restaurant provides a standard of service befitting of the
2 Rosettes awarded by the A.A. in 2008.

The restaurant was also awarded Best Restaurant For Fine Dining by the Christchurch Food & Wine Festival in 2005. The Lord Bute Restaurant's award winning Chefs (Kevin and Laura) and staff produce fantastic menus guaranteed to satisfy nearly every palate.

This is all carried out in an air conditioned dining room capable of holding up to 95 people. The smooth sounds of either a pianist, saxophonist or jazz musicians to accompany your meal, will turn dinner into a evening to remember for years to come.
